Anthrax have been busy working on their new album titled "Worship Music" for quiet a while now. As we all know, the band was set to release a new album in 2009 for which Dan Nelson had recorded vocals for and when they were already touring the world prior to the release, they decided to part ways with Nelson and to bring back John Bush to finish the tour. The band's intention was also to have him re-record vocals on the new album, but Bush disagreed to do so since he had no input on the creation of the album. In 2009 the great Joey Belladonna returned to Anthrax and agreed to tour with the band and to record Anthrax's 10th studio album.Today, Joey released these images of him recording vocals for Anthrax's new album, scheduled to be released this September.
We had the chance to have a quick “Black carpet” interview with Anthrax at the recent Golden Gods Awards, in which the band confirmed their new album title and filled us in on their summer plans. Check it out!
